on posera  X = ln x     avec  x > 0

     X² - 2 X - 3 = 0  ⇔ X² - 2 X - 3 + 1 - 1 = 0  ⇔ X² - 2 X + 1 - 4 = 0

⇔ (X - 1)² - 4 = 0  ⇔ (X - 1 + 2)(X - 1 - 2) = 0 ⇔ (X + 1)(X - 3) = 0

⇔ X = - 1  ou  X = 3

    ln x = - 1  ⇔ e^ln x = e⁻¹  ⇔ x = - 1  impossible  car  x > 0

    ln x = 3  ⇔ e^ln x = e³  ⇔ x = 3

donc l'équation de départ possède une seule solution  x = 3

2)  2(ln x)² - ln x = 0

     2 X² - X = 0  ⇔ X(2 X - 1) = 0  ⇔ X = 0  ou  X = 1/2

     ln x = 0   ⇔ e^ln x = e⁰  ⇔  x = 0  impossible  car  x > 0

     ln x = 1/2 ⇔ e^ln x = e^1/2  ⇔ x = 1/2

3)  (ln x)² + ln x = - 1  ⇔  (ln x)² + ln x  + 1 = 0

     X² + X + 1 = 0

   Δ = 1 - 4 = - 3 < 0 pas de solutions
