Arthur Conan Doyle was born in 1859 in Edinburgh in Scotland. He write his first detective story in 1887, he was 28 years old. He create Sherlock Holmes 4 years later in 1891. He write historic books too. He become Sir Arthur Conan Doyle on 10 August 1902. He died in 1930 at age of 71.
